Our Signature Treatment « awakening of the senses »

The massage «Awakening of the Senses » massage is the flagship treatment of Cristal Spa. An atmosphere, a perfume, a massage according to your desire.

RECOMMANDATION, INFORMATION & CANCELLATION


CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
 Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise you will be fully charged for your treatment. In the event of a delay, your treatment will be shortened and fully billed.

ARRIVAL
 To fully benefit from your treatment, we invite you to arrive well in advance of your treatment so that you can complete your well-being questionnaire.
For hotel guests, we ask you to come to the spa with bathrobe and slippers provided in your room.
For external customers, we are pleased to offer you access to the wellness area one hour before your treatment when booking a treatment of at least 50 minutes. A bathrobe, bath linen and slippers will be provided.

HEALTH
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any health problem, allergy, operation, etc. which could influence the treatment. All our treatments are accessible to people over 16 years old.
Most of our facial treatments are suitable for pregnant women, contact us for more information.

ACCESS
Cristal Spa is a place of well-being where calm and pleasure await you. For everyone’s comfort and well-being, phones must remain on silent mode.
Access to the swimming pool is regulated for children residing at the hotel. To find out the times, please contact reception directly.
Common areas require you to wear a swimsuit and to access the sauna and hammam. If you forget, you can buy one at the spa reception.
We invite you to arrive without valuables or personal items; the management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
It is not permitted to smoke, eat or consume alcohol inside the spa.
