The birth of a brand
The opening of the Group’s 4th hotel marked a turning point
for the family business but also the resort of La Clusaz with the sheer size of
Gaston Pollet-Villard wished to leave his mark on the Au Coeur de
Village hotel***** by telling a little of his personal history and
incorporating a reminder of his previous activity, creating a signature rock cristal
grotto for the hammam.What other name
could be given to this distinctive space than the Cristal Spa?
While the future spa in the Imperial Palace**** was in construction,
many names were put forward and it was then, that the idea of creating a brand
was developed.It made perfect sense
while developing an exceptional space for existing establishments, to do the
same for future establishments.
